- Toilet Paper Rolls
- Black Duck Tape®
- Scissors
- Assorted Glow Sticks

Directions
Step 1
Draw eyes onto an empty toilet paper roll.
Step 2
Cut the eyes out and then cover with Black Duck Tape®.
Step 3
Place the colored glow sticks inside the toilet paper roll.
Step 4
Tape the glow stick edges into the toilet paper rolls. Then turn off the lights to see your Halloween creation.
